Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Marquee subscriptions. Last updated 14 July 2026.
1. Subscriptions
Marquee is sold as a subscription in USD (Green Room is free; Main Stage and Headliner are paid). Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@confpartuk.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds for time already started. Unused monthly event allowance does not roll over and is not refundable.
3. Refunds
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — contact us within 30 days.
- Service faults: if a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we cannot resolve it, we will offer a pro-rata refund or credit.
- Quality of AI output: because output is generated on demand and can be regenerated and edited, dissatisfaction with a specific generation is handled first by regenerating. We do not refund based on subjective quality alone.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country. Because Marquee delivers digital content and services immediately on subscription, where you agree to immediate access you may lose any statutory cooling-off cancellation right once delivery begins; your other consumer rights are unaffected.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Marquee does not hold funds and issues refunds only for its own subscription charges — it never collects or refunds third-party ticket or registration fees, because it does not process those.
